APUG Supplier Management System

APUG SMS is the central supplier information system used by buyers from the Asia Pacific Utilities Group to source suppliers and contractors for upcoming tenders and projects.

Following completion of a single online registration process, the supplier’s company profile and product and service details are available to all of the buyers. By centralising the collection, validation and availability of supplier information, APUG SMS reduces the costs and time for both buyers and suppliers.

How it works

Step 1:  Each of member companies invites their suppliers to register on APUG SMS.
Step 2:  Suppliers complete a simple online registration process.
Step 3:  The supplier's submission is then validated by Achilles before being made available to all of the buyers via the online search system.
Step 4:   Buyers use the search to generate a list of suppliers to invite to tender or contract.
Step 5:   Buyers can ask suppliers for additional information specific to their contract requirements using the e-Qual system.

Supplier information can be maintained at anytime and is updated at least annually.
