Inaugural Meeting of the Indian Electricity Utilities 04 September 2008 – The Asia Pacific Utilities Group (APUG) is holding its inaugural meeting in India on Friday and Saturday, 17th & 18th October 2008. The meeting is being hosted by Mr. Santanu Bhattacharya, Executive Director of CESC Ltd., at the Bengal Club, Kolkata. A number of Indian Utilities have recently joined APUG and this meeting is being held to take forward activities on international collaboration within the Indian Electricity Industry. Arrangements for the meeting are being coordinated by CESC Ltd. and Achilles Information.
